i think i finally experienced the famous Second Wind today. it was liberating.

this is my weakness. i know i have my asthma to consider but i tend to stop jogging and walk when my shins hurt. (or am i not running right?)

- No S Diet (Snacks, Seconds, Sweets)
- More water intake
- More exercise
